Custom Software Engineer

Overview

Design, develop and enhance custom software solutions across systems or applications, using modern frameworks and agile practices, with a focus on BlueYonder Demand Planning.

What you'll do

• Act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with and managing the team to perform.
• Be responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project objectives and technical strategies.

What you'll need

• Minimum 15 years of full time education.
• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in BlueYonder Demand Planning.
• Proficiency in BlueYonder Demand Planning.
• Strong experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to design and implement scalable software components using modern frameworks.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
• Experience in integrating custom solutions with existing enterprise systems.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
