Custom Software Engineer

Overview

Custom Software Engineer role developing custom software solutions to design, code and enhance components across systems or applications, using modern frameworks and agile practices.

What you'll do

• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on the solution area.
• Collaborate with and manage the team to perform.
• Take responsibility for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall team performance.
• Continuously assess and improve development processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

What you'll need

• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
• 15 years of full-time education.
• Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
• Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP Security.
