Custom Software Engineer

Overview

Design, build and configure applications that meet business process and application requirements, and lead a team in delivering scalable, high-performing custom software solutions using agile practices.

What you'll do

• Act as the subject matter expert for SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• Collaborate with and manage the team to deliver its work, and take responsibility for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Continuously assess and improve application performance and user experience.
• Support and enhance existing applications, and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

What you'll need

• 15 years of full-time education.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• Experience with application development methodologies and frameworks.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns and best practices.
• Familiarity with cloud-based application deployment and management.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently.
