Customer Service Associate

Overview

Customer Service Associate role requiring advanced Punjabi and 1–3 years of experience, focused on reviewing and handling user-reported or system-flagged content.

What you'll do

• Review, classify, and/or remove content using client guidelines and tools.
• Analyze audio, video, text, and user profile content and investigate reported issues.
• Investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues to the broader Trust & Safety team.
• Stay updated on changing client policies, guidelines, and industry trends.
• Develop prompt strategies to interrogate large language models for responsible AI topics.
• Analyze model responses for appropriateness, refusal, or appended disclaimers per guidance.

What you'll need

• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Any graduation qualification.
• Punjabi language ability at an advanced level.
• Strong coping, emotional resilience, and stress-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking/decision-making skills.
• Ability to objectively perform duties without inherent bias.
• Strong comprehension and communication skills.
