Customer Success Manager - India

Overview

Customer Success Manager (India, Remote) responsible for end-to-end post-sales technical success for a strategic APAC/EMEA customer portfolio.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end post-sales technical success for customers in APAC/EMEA.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers across IT and security leadership roles.
• Partner with Account Managers, Support, Product, Engineering, and Solutions Architecture to drive product utilization.
• Manage customer health to support retention goals.
• Drive rapid onboarding and customer outcomes across the JumpCloud platform.

What you'll need

• Be experienced in a Customer Success Manager role (as stated: “experienced”).
• Provide deep hands-on product expertise (as stated).
• Be able to serve technical advisory needs for IT Admins, Systems Engineers, CISOs, and IT/Compliance leaders.
• Understand and support post-sales technical success for enterprise and high-value commercial accounts (as stated).
