Customer Success Manager (Jewelry Industry)

Overview

Join EverSpark as a Customer Success / Jewelry Account Manager to be the primary point of contact for customers and guide custom jewelry orders from design requirements through manufacturing and delivery.

What you'll do

• Manage inbound customer requests for custom jewelry pieces.
• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Clarify requirements by reviewing submissions and asking follow-up questions.
• Coordinate with CAD designers, production, and operations teams during manufacturing.
• Track order progress from design through manufacturing and final delivery.
• Follow up on approvals, missing inputs, or stalled orders and keep internal updates accurate.
• Support continuous improvement of internal customer and workflow processes.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, client services, operations, or similar customer-facing roles.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to communicate with a neutral, easy-to-understand accent for US-based customers.
• Strong listening and follow-up questioning skills to clarify complex requirements.
• Experience managing multiple customer requests under tight deadlines.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Tech-savvy ability to quickly learn new systems and software.
