Analyze large datasets and turn findings into actionable recommendations, visualizations, reports, and dashboards. Lead moderately to highly complex data projects and support data-driven solutions across teams.
What you'll do
- Collect, clean, preprocess, and analyze large datasets.
- Create charts, graphs, dashboards, and data insight visualizations.
- Build and automate reports, data pipelines, and operational dashboards.
- Collaborate with partners and subject-matter experts on experiments and data procedures.
- Develop data-driven solutions with cross-functional teams.
- Lead moderately to highly complex projects and deliver written reports.
- Guide and mentor less-experienced staff members.
What you'll need
- Typically 4–7 years of work experience in data analytics, database management, statistical analysis, or a related field.
- Alternatively, an advanced degree with 3–5 years of work experience.
- Four-year or graduate degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science, or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, R, SAS, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Knowledge of data analysis, modeling, visualization, warehousing, ETL, and data quality.
- Effective communication, results orientation, learning agility, digital fluency, and customer centricity.
Nice to have
- Programming language certification in SQL, Python, or a similar language.
