Delivery Engineer II (GTM)

Overview

Delivery Engineer II on Mixpanel’s Go-To-Market team, owning post-sales onboarding and data health for customer accounts.

What you'll do

• Own onboarding, implementation, and data health for a portfolio of primarily SMB and scaled accounts.
• Troubleshoot instrumentation, data discrepancies, and configuration questions for customers.
• Monitor data health and partner on remediation planning with a Customer Value Architect (CVA).
• Define customer project outcomes and business impact with the CVA.
• Manage project timelines, expectations, and escalations to keep work on track.
• Run Mixpanel implementations using SDKs, CDPs, event streaming, reverse ETL, and warehouse connectors.

What you'll need

• Technical, client-facing experience in areas like implementation, onboarding, professional services, technical consulting, solutions, or support engineering.
• Ability to execute using existing resources, frameworks, and processes.
• Experience leading or project-managing technical, customer-facing work end-to-end.
• Comfort discussing data architecture, schemas, instrumentation, and API concepts; familiarity with SQL/Python/SDKs/CDPs/data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
• Familiarity with product analytics implementation methods such as SDKs, CDPs, event streaming, and reverse ETL.
• AI curiosity and experimentation with AI tools/workflows/scripts/agents to solve problems.
