In this role, you’ll support the smooth flow of daily patient care—from preparing treatment areas and assisting during dental procedures to maintaining exceptional standards of sterilization and patient comfort. Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare operatory rooms for appointments by setting up instruments, materials, and equipment according to established protocols.
• Assist the dental team chairside during dental procedures, ensuring a safe and efficient workflow.
• Provide clear, professional patient support by explaining processes and answering basic questions with communication that builds trust.
• Maintain patient comfort and follow office standards for privacy, courtesy, and responsiveness.
• Perform sterilization and disinfection duties, including instrument processing, maintaining sterile supplies, and complying with safety guidelines.
• Support infection control by organizing and tracking inventory for consumables and sterilization supplies.
• Document and assist with routine administrative tasks as needed to keep clinical operations running smoothly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong COMMUNICATION skills with the ability to interact professionally with patients and team members.
• Basic working knowledge of Dental Procedures and the ability to assist during chairside support tasks.
• Hands-on experience or training related to Sterilization, disinfection, and infection control best practices.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining precision, cleanliness, and patient safety.
