Designer

Overview

Designer role with Landor in the Delhi studio, supporting end-to-end delivery of branding and packaging projects.

What you'll do

• Support development and delivery of branding and packaging projects from concept to final execution.
• Create and apply visual identity and packaging systems across logos, typography, color palettes, iconography, imagery, and assets.
• Contribute to brand guidelines and standards documentation, plus presentation preparation and design rationale.
• Refine designs based on feedback while maintaining craft, consistency, and detail.
• Collaborate with designers, strategists, and project teams to deliver integrated brand solutions.
• Stay informed on design trends and emerging technologies and support on-time high-quality delivery.

What you'll need

• Experience in branding, packaging, design consultancy, or in-house brand teams, backed by a portfolio.
• Strong skills in typography, layout, composition, and visual communication.
• Strong understanding of packaging principles and visual identity systems across channels and touchpoints.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Detail-oriented approach and ability to manage multiple tasks within project timelines.
• Strong communication, collaboration, feedback, and continuous learning.
