Desktop and Site Support Engineer

Overview

Provide day-to-day technical support to employees for hardware and software systems. Diagnose, resolve, and escalate user issues while improving support processes and solutions.

What you'll do

• Provide technical support for hardware and software systems.
• Diagnose problems through discussions with users.
• Troubleshoot and rectify technical faults.
• Escalate unresolved problems when required.
• Resolve users’ problems, queries, and complaints promptly.
• Evaluate hardware and software and recommend infrastructure improvements.
• Share best practices and improve day-to-day processes.

What you'll need

• Approximately 1–2 years of practical professional experience.
• Knowledge typically acquired through a professional or university degree.
• Ability to work independently within established standards and procedures.
• Ability to develop relevant and appropriate technical solutions.
