Overview

Director, Human Resources Business Partner (Engineering and Product) partners with Product Organization executives to shape people strategies and drive leadership effectiveness, change management, and organizational health. The role is hybrid in San Jose, CA.

What you'll do

• Partner with business leaders to translate business priorities into people strategies.
• Influence decision-making using data, insights, and organizational best practices.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on leadership effectiveness, team development, and change management.
• Lead workforce planning and organizational design discussions for future structure and talent needs.
• Use people analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Monitor organizational health metrics and implement action plans with leaders.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality HR delivery across the organization.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources or equivalent.
• Master’s degree or relevant certification preferred.
• Extensive progressive HR experience, including significant time in a business partnering role supporting Sr. Directors and VP’s.
• Proven ability to align people strategies with business objectives and drive outcomes.
• Experience supporting international client groups and adapting strategies across geographies.
• Exceptional influencing, facilitation, and presentation skills with senior executives.
• Knowledge of product development and operations, including roadmap, go-to-market, and enterprise delivery mechanisms.

• Hybrid work mode based in San Jose, CA, with in-person collaboration three days a week.
• Reports to the Vice President, HRBP for Product.
