Overview
Director-level architecture leadership for Legal & Compliance and WREF within GSK, defining and governing domain technology architecture and standards. Acts as senior technical advisor for domain product teams to enable scalable, interoperable delivery and integrate AI solutions.
What you'll do
- Define and govern Legal & Compliance and WREF technology architecture strategy aligned to GSK Tech Enterprise Architecture.
- Define and maintain product-domain architectural framework, standards, patterns, data flows, and interface models.
- Introduce and govern a Domain Standards Catalogue with lifecycle ownership and version control across delivery teams.
- Provide architectural guidance to Solution Architects and delivery teams; define reusable domain contracts and interface specifications.
- Produce and maintain domain architecture artefacts (e.g., reference architectures, integration schematics, security patterns).
- Chair architecture reviews for significant Legal & Compliance and WREF technology investments.
- Lead AI architecture vision for Legal & Compliance and WREF, including GenAI/Agentic AI and Legal LLMs.
What you'll need
- Typically 18+ years of experience in architecture or technical design roles applied in a product/domain context.
- Demonstrated ability to define architectural patterns, standards, or frameworks.
- Experience reviewing and guiding solution designs to ensure alignment with architectural requirements.
- Practical experience documenting domain models, interface specifications, and other architectural artefacts.
- Experience in architecture governance.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure, M365, MS Copilot, Enterprise AI platforms, API management, integration platforms, information governance, cyber security and controls, and cloud-native architectures.
