EAI Software Engineer

Overview

Mid-level EAI Software Engineer to design, build, and support enterprise integration services and APIs using Node.js, TypeScript, and cloud-native tools on GCP.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise integration solutions using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Build microservices and APIs connecting enterprise systems using Kafka and GCP services.
• Provide production support, troubleshooting issues and implementing reliable fixes.
• Implement reusable services and automation for real-time data pipelines and business processes.
• Translate requirements into scalable, secure solutions with architects and developers.
• Write clean, maintainable code with unit and integration tests.
• Use GitLab CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployments.

What you'll need

• 3–5 years of software engineering experience focused on backend development, APIs, or enterprise integration.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript for APIs, microservices, and integration services.
• Experience working in an open-source environment and using Git/GitLab.
• Hands-on knowledge of GCP services such as Pub/Sub, Cloud Run, Firestore, and Cloud Tasks.
• Experience with Kafka and KSQL in event-driven or messaging architectures.
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases such as MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, and SQL Server.
• Comfortable with Docker, YAML, and Visual Studio Code.

Nice to have

• A Master's degree is preferred.
• Exposure to Terraform, ArgoCD, and API Gateway technologies like Gloo/Solo is a plus.

• On-site work: 4 days a week in Hyderabad.
