Ecommerce Key Account Manager

Overview

Own B2B2C eCommerce key account strategy and execution across responsible eCommerce platforms to drive sales volume achievement.

What you'll do

• Plan and execute eCommerce strategies and B2B2C-linked sales programs.
• Implement the eBusiness model and deploy industry best practices on eCommerce platforms.
• Run daily order operations, including shipping and billing, to optimize customer operations.
• Handle collaborative forecasting, customer complaints, and correct reconciliation/rebate calculations.
• Create regular monthly and milestone reporting with defined timing, content, and quality.
• Manage trading plans and promotional calendar tied to campaign calendar and key trading events.
• Lead eCommerce projects/initiatives and coach junior team members to achieve business goals.

What you'll need

• College degree or equivalent, preferably marketing, commercial, or engineering background.
• Good English and communication skills.
• Experience managing eCommerce stores and conducting business.
• 5 years working experience on channel & e-business with a multinational company (plus).
• Vendor management experience with advanced supply chain management knowledge (plus).
• Process experience of retail operation.
• Advanced experience cooperating with external customers and vendors.
