Engineering Manager, Digital Economy Products

Overview

Engineering Manager to lead one or more cross-functional agile squads delivering and maintaining software products for Digital Economy Products.

What you'll do

• Lead one or more cross-functional agile squads to deliver technical solutions.
• Own technical design and architecture with focus on security, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Guide, mentor, and coach teams to uplift product engineering competencies.
• Set coding standards, best practices, and development processes.
• Identify and resolve technical debt/risks while balancing feature development.
• Lead Scrum ceremonies with technical/product context and unblock the team.

What you'll need

• 7-12 years of software engineering experience building high-availability systems at scale.
• Proven track record of leading and delivering technically complex products.
• Experience with modern full-stack web application technologies.
• Knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS (preferred), Azure and/or GCP.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools.

Nice to have

• Led legacy system modernization projects.
• Experience with or willingness to pick up Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Terragrunt, Ansible).
