Enterprise Architect - India

Overview

Enterprise Architect (India) to help lead enterprise architecture change governance through an Architecture Review Board (ARB), evaluating BDAT proposals and guiding teams toward sound, secure, cost-effective, strategically aligned designs.

What you'll do

• Co-lead intake, triage, and review of architecture change requests entering the ARB.
• Assess proposals against architecture principles, standards, and target-state roadmaps; identify risks, gaps, dependencies, and overlaps.
• Facilitate ARB sessions to reach clear outcomes and avoid reviews turning into design workshops.
• Author and maintain Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) and manage conditional approvals and time-bound exceptions/waivers with remediation paths.
• Track architecture risk and technical debt created through waivers and report to governance forums.
• Define and govern business, data, application, and technology architecture components.
• Apply an architecture method (TOGAF ADM or equivalent) and maintain the architecture repository and artifact standards across BDAT.

What you'll need

• Experience across at least three of the four BDAT domains and deep expertise in at least one.
• Direct experience participating in or supporting an Architecture Review Board or comparable governance body.
• Experience developing architecture artifacts used in practice, including capability models, views, roadmaps, reference architectures, and decision records.
• Hands-on background in a hybrid enterprise environment spanning on-premises and a major public cloud, with practical Azure experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns plus API and event-driven architecture trade-offs.
• Working knowledge of Azure networking, identity, and security controls, and core networking concepts like routing, VPNs, firewalls, and load balancing.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code/automation tooling (Terraform, PowerShell, Python) to review designs credibly.

• Hybrid-enterprise experience is required, with practical Azure experience strongly preferred.
