Overview

Enterprise Implementation Project Manager responsible for leading successful, rapid, seamless JumpCloud implementations for high-profile commercial and enterprise customers.

What you'll do

• Drive end-to-end customer implementation to ensure onboarding that enables immediate value.
• Lead internal and external project management and client communications.
• Act as the primary advisor and project lead across the customer implementation lifecycle.
• Partner with Customer Success, Support, Professional Services, Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Product teams to deliver an end-to-end experience.
