Overview

Executive Sourcing Specialist to support HP’s Global Executive Recruiting Team by identifying, engaging, and building executive (Director+) talent pipelines.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for Director, VP, SVP, and C-suite searches.
• Conduct market mapping and competitive intelligence across priority sectors.
• Build diverse, high-caliber executive pipelines aligned to future talent needs.
• Partner with Executive Recruiters and leaders on role calibration and target profiles.
• Deliver tailored, high-touch outreach and maintain long-term candidate relationships.
• Provide insights on talent trends, competitor movement, and compensation benchmarks.

What you'll need

• 5-8+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience; executive search strongly preferred.
• Experience sourcing senior-level (VP+) talent in complex markets.
• Strong research, market mapping, and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills with executive-level professionalism.
• High discretion and ability to manage confidential searches.
