Job description
Overview
Executive Sourcing Specialist to support HP’s Global Executive Recruiting Team by identifying, engaging, and building executive (Director+) talent pipelines.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for Director, VP, SVP, and C-suite searches.
- Conduct market mapping and competitive intelligence across priority sectors.
- Build diverse, high-caliber executive pipelines aligned to future talent needs.
- Partner with Executive Recruiters and leaders on role calibration and target profiles.
- Deliver tailored, high-touch outreach and maintain long-term candidate relationships.
- Provide insights on talent trends, competitor movement, and compensation benchmarks.
What you'll need
- 5-8+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience; executive search strongly preferred.
- Experience sourcing senior-level (VP+) talent in complex markets.
- Strong research, market mapping, and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills with executive-level professionalism.
- High discretion and ability to manage confidential searches.
