Facility Executive - Technical

Overview

Facility Executive - Technical role at JLL in Whitefield, Bangalore, responsible for the daily technical operation, maintenance and cost control of the facility, including supervision of facility staff.

What you'll do

• Oversee the daily running of the facility, including managing electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems and general upkeep.
• Schedule and supervise routine maintenance and repair work, conduct regular inspections, and coordinate with external vendors for services.
• Supervise, train and support facility staff, such as janitorial and maintenance personnel, and ensure proper scheduling for daily operations.
• Develop and manage facility budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and monitor expenses for utilities, repairs and supplies.
• Ensure the facility complies with all safety, health and environmental regulations by implementing and managing safe work practices.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related issues, respond to occupant concerns, and coordinate with vendors and other departments.
• Maintain equipment database for site.
• Develop and implement innovative programs and processes that reduce utility costs, increase productivity and savings.
• Initiate strategies to achieve measurable improvements in energy consumption.
• Assist with churn and project work.
• Prepare and provide input to the site monthly report to be submitted to the client.
• Understand the engineering design and operational aspects of the facility's systems and equipment.
• Recognize system shortcomings and respond to operational and emergency situations.
• Ensure Planned Preventive Maintenance activities are undertaken in accordance with the schedule.
• Ensure the implementation and management of risk and safety work practices to reduce any interruption to operations.
• Implement regular inspections of the facility on energy conservation, maintenance practices, utility management and risk management procedures.

What you'll need

• Btech or Diploma in EEE (Electrical and Electronics Engineering).
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience.
• Expertise in MIS data, technical systems, HVAC, UPS and diesel generator handling.

• Shift timings: rotational shifts.
• Work schedule: 6 days per week.
