Overview

Lead Oracle Financials implementation and support workstreams across accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, fixed assets and cash management within PwC's Acceleration Center India Advisory practice.

What you'll do

• Lead Oracle Financials implementation and support workstreams across accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, fixed assets, and cash management
• Manage project plans, budgets, scope, and timelines while coordinating deliverables across client and delivery teams
• Configure Oracle Finance solutions to align with client process requirements and reporting needs
• Review functional designs, test results, and conversion activities to validate solution readiness and data integrity
• Guide issue resolution for finance process gaps, system defects, and deployment challenges
• Coach team members on Oracle Finance functionality, delivery methods, and client service expectations
• Develop client relationships by translating finance business needs into practical application solutions
• Identify opportunities to improve record to report, procure to pay, and financial reporting processes through Oracle capabilities
• Apply knowledge of accounting, financial controls, and system administration to support implementation and enhancement efforts
• Drive quality, accountability, and progress across multiple workstreams while adapting to shifting client priorities

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English

Nice to have

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Economics, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems
• At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Financials or related Oracle ERP Finance Cloud modules
• Demonstrating Oracle Financials delivery across AP, AR, GL, FA, and CM
• Managing client workstreams within Oracle ERP finance implementations
• Coaching teams through planning, execution, and issue resolution
• Applying financial process improvement in Oracle application support
