Financial & HR Administrator

Overview

Financial & HR Administrator responsible for accurate financial administration in Exact and providing HR support across the employee lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Maintain and update general ledger, cost centers, and project/cost allocations in Exact.
• Process and reconcile purchase invoices using applicable 3-way match and ensure correct coding, VAT/tax treatment, and approvals.
• Create sales invoices, credit notes, and customer statements as required.
• Prepare payment runs and maintain supplier master data.
• Perform bank reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities and produce standard reports from Exact.
• Coordinate HR onboarding, career progression, offboarding, and payroll changes, and support recruitment coordination.

What you'll need

• Experience in a financial administration role.
• Strong ERP literacy.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, invoice processing, and reconciliations.
• Good working knowledge of VAT/tax coding and compliance basics.
• Experience with HR administration processes and payroll mutations.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups).
• High attention to detail, structured working style, and ability to meet deadlines.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Turkish labor law.
• Finance qualification such as CPA in Turkey (SMMM) or equivalent.
• ERP usage experience including SAP, Netsuit, Logo, etc.
• Ability to speak English and/or Dutch.
