Overview

Forward Deployed Engineer (Deployment Strategist) partnering with government and other customers to deploy and scale AI-powered solutions. You translate customer workflows and institutional knowledge into technology-enabled capabilities while coordinating with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.

What you'll do

• Build and deploy tailored solutions from customer requirements and institutional knowledge.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to test features and identify high-impact use cases.
• Support customer teams on calls and demos, educate users, and validate use cases.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and drive successful customer adoption.
• Work cross-functionally to improve the product and deliver customer outcomes.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
• Experience deploying solutions in customer-facing or consulting environments.
• Strong user of AI tools with a mindset of leveraging technology to scale impact.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excitement about AI and transforming complex work.
