Full Stack Developer

Overview

Join the team as a Full Stack Developer designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end applications across the user interface and backend services on AWS.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain front-end and back-end applications using React and Python.
• Design and implement scalable and reliable backend services and APIs on AWS.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality.
• Manage and deploy cloud resources using infrastructure-as-code tools like AWS CDK or Terraform.
• Build and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure application stability.
• Debug and resolve complex issues across the entire application stack.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in building E2E applications.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and Python.
• Extensive experience with React.js for building responsive and dynamic user interfaces.
• Solid understanding of server-side development using Python frameworks such as Django or Flask.
• Hands-on experience with core AWS services, including Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and API Gateway.
• Familiarity with database technologies, including both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., DynamoDB, MongoDB).
• Proficiency with Git for version control.
• A strong grasp of RESTful API design principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team.

Nice to have

• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Familiarity with other AWS services (e.g., EC2, CloudFront, Aurora).
• Experience with modern state management libraries such as Zustand or Redux.
• Contributions to open-source projects or a strong GitHub profile.
