Full Stack Engineer

Overview

Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and improve software capabilities for customers and colleagues, ensuring scalable, maintainable, performant, and secure delivery.

What you'll do

• Develop and deliver high-quality software solutions using engineering languages, frameworks, and tools.
• Ensure code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements and integration needs.
• Participate in code reviews and promote code quality and knowledge sharing.
• Adhere to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities and protect sensitive data.
• Implement unit testing practices for design, readability, and reliability.
• Lead or advise based on role: supervise a team or develop technical expertise as an individual contributor.

What you'll need

• Expertise in Java 11+.
• Experience with Spring/Spring Boot and RESTful services.
• Knowledge of contract-first APIs.
• Comfort with concurrency, memory management, collections, and resilience patterns (circuit breakers, retries).
• Hands-on experience with GitLab pipelines and automated unit/integration tests.
• Experience with Kafka/MQ patterns and event-driven designs (including idempotency and back-pressure).
• Strong SQL/NoSQL fundamentals with query tuning for liquidity calculations/feeds.

Nice to have

• Performance profiling and capacity planning for high-volume treasury/transaction workloads.
• Exposure to ML-assisted code quality and analytics hooks for anomaly detection.
• Experience with Scaled Agile Delivery (team-of-teams) and working in pods/ARTs.
