GLO AI-ML specialist

Overview

Develop machine learning, generative AI, NLP, and production ML solutions for business problems, from data analysis and model development through deployment and monitoring.

What you'll do

• Define analytic objectives, business rules, and solution objectives.
• Prepare data, metadata, hypotheses, and exploratory analyses.
• Build, validate, tune, and optimize machine learning models.
• Develop LLM, RAG, NLP, deep learning, and AI-agent applications.
• Deploy models and implement monitoring, retraining, drift detection, and governance.
• Build ML CI/CD pipelines and model lifecycle processes.
• Research emerging AI technologies and identify business applications.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of hands-on experience building production-grade ML solutions.
• Master's degree in a relevant computer science, AI, ML, or data science field.
• Strong machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, and statistical foundations.
• Python, SQL, Pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn skills.
• Experience with MLOps tools including MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Airflow.
• Knowledge of cloud and big data platforms including Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, Vertex AI, Databricks, or Spark.

Nice to have

• Experience developing enterprise AI copilots, intelligent agents, and GenAI applications.
• Certifications in AI/ML, cloud platforms, or data science technologies.
• Experience with Responsible AI, AI Governance, and Explainable AI frameworks.

Details

• Hybrid role requiring an average of 2 days per week from an HPE office.
• Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
