Overview

As a Global Data Executive Assistant, you proactively support management with daily operations, administration, scheduling, and information flow.

What you'll do

• Provide proactive administrative support for management in day-to-day work.
• Manage smooth appointment scheduling and organize business travel.
• Handle travel expense reports and ensure efficient administrative processes.
• Coordinate meetings and workshops for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support preparation of presentations, decision materials, and memos.
• Track open tasks and drive important topics to timely completion.
• Identify improvement opportunities and optimize processes for smoother workflows.

• Have several years of professional experience in a comparable position in an international environment.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and reliability.
• Show communication strengths and trustworthiness.
• Maintain high attention to detail and quality focus when creating and finalizing presentations.
• Use a creative mindset for designing and coordinating team meetings and events.
• Communicate effectively and enjoy coordinating multiple projects, events, and meetings at once.
• Have excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

Details

• Minimum contractual salary: € 2.142,00 gross per month.
