Global Solution Architect

Overview

The Global Solution Architect manages Oracle Cloud Fusion Supply Chain Management integrations and trade compliance screening processes across procurement and order fulfilment.

What you'll do

• Manage the integration between Oracle Cloud SCM and third-party trade screening systems like OCR, ensuring seamless data exchange and accurate screening results.
• Configure and maintain order management shipping holds for transaction screening related to trade compliance.
• Implement and maintain master data screening processes for customers, suppliers, and items during procurement and order fulfilment.
• Collaborate with trade compliance, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure adherence to export regulations and trade screening requirements.
• Develop and maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials related to trade compliance processes within Oracle Cloud SCM.
• Provide subject matter expertise and troubleshoot issues related to trade compliance, export screening, and SCM integrations.
• Monitor and analyse trade compliance processes, identifying opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in trade regulations, export laws, and best practices, and implement necessary updates within Oracle Cloud SCM.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's/Master degree in a relevant field, such as Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
• 7-10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules, including Order Orchestration, Procurement, Shipping, and Master Data Management for supplier screening, customer screening, and item screening.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud Fusion SCM configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Proven experience with trade compliance processes, export screening, and related regulations within the Oracle Cloud Fusion SCM environment.
• Extensive experience integrating third-party trade screening systems or applications with Oracle Cloud Fusion SCM.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues related to Oracle Cloud Fusion SCM and trade compliance processes.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in SQL, scripting such as Groovy and Java, and data analysis tools relevant to Oracle Cloud Fusion SCM.
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Fusion SCM tools and utilities, such as Oracle Fusion Middleware Control, WebLogic Server Administration Console, and Oracle Enterprise Manager.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously within the Oracle Cloud Fusion SCM ecosystem.

Nice to have

• Certifications or specialisations in Oracle Cloud Fusion SCM are highly desirable.
