What you'll do

• Provide access to a broad portfolio of hybrids.
• Recruit, develop, and manage a team of professional resellers.
• Use consultative selling and customer trust to sell to customers.
• Deliver plans and offers to targeted customers through selected channel partners.
• Create customer-level demand and ensure customers are knowledgeable about products.
• Coach Seed Advisors on product placement to improve customer satisfaction.
• Manage operational budget, variable selling expenses, and marketing funds within district guidelines.

What you'll need

• Stay in the territory (must live in the territory).
• Have a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Agriculture, or a related non-agriculture degree with significant farming industry background or commensurate experience.
• Have 2+ years in sales or sales leadership.
• Be able to work independently on a virtual team.
• Have agricultural sales experience (preferred).
• Show customer focus, and have demonstrated sales and negotiation skills.
