Growth Operations Associate

Overview

Growth Operations Associate & Executive Assistant supporting a founder with executive support, customer outreach, team coordination, and business operations for an early-stage AI startup.

What you'll do

• Manage and prioritize the founder’s inbox end-to-end, including drafting responses and ensuring timely attention.
• Run calendar management with cross-time-zone scheduling and focus-time protection.
• Support travel planning, meeting preparation, and other executive administrative needs.
• Handle LinkedIn presence tasks including drafting/scheduling occasional posts and managing connection requests and inbound messages.
• Research, identify, and qualify prospective customers and strategic design partners in the construction sector.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and execute outbound outreach sequences with follow-ups.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience supporting senior executives, founders, or leadership teams.
• Strong experience in executive assistance, operations, project coordination, or similar roles.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Experience managing calendars and inboxes.
• CRM platform experience and familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, or Notion.

• Work mode: fully remote.
• Working hours: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST.
• Location: India and Philippines (remote).
