Overview
Lead maintenance engineering to ensure production machinery reliability, availability, and operational performance while meeting EHS and budget requirements.
What you'll do
- Lead preventive, predictive, corrective, and planned maintenance to maximize reliability and production performance.
- Manage inspections, lubrication programs, machine tolerance verification, and major repairs with maintenance documentation.
- Coordinate maintenance response to equipment failures for timely diagnostics, repairs, and restoration aligned to production priorities.
- Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions to reduce recurring failures and downtime.
- Execute site maintenance strategy, including TPM initiatives, SAP-PM optimization, and condition-monitoring technology implementation.
- Develop and manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and procurement, including vendor and outsourced maintenance contracts.
- Ensure EHS compliance and promote a proactive safety culture across the maintenance organization.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 5 years of maintenance experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Experience leading equipment improvement, refurbishment, modernization, installation, and capital project initiatives.
- Experience collaborating with international teams, suppliers, and stakeholders across multiple locations.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and matrix organization.
