Hindi Content Specialist (US)

Overview

The Content Curation Specialist reviews, validates and curates written and audio content in line with established SOPs, checklists and client guidelines, ensuring accuracy, consistency and timely processing across assigned queues while adhering to information security standards.

What you'll do

• Perform daily content curation for written publications and audio content using established SOPs, checklists and client guidelines.
• Validate content and metadata for completeness, consistency and basic accuracy; apply straightforward corrections when covered by guidelines.
• Identify and document content issues, defects and bugs in internal tools using required templates and ticketing standards.
• Escalate unclear, high-impact or out-of-policy issues to the Team Lead/SME with clear context and supporting evidence.
• Manage assigned queues to meet defined throughput expectations and turnaround times/SLA requirements.
• Follow information security, confidentiality and secure work environment requirements.
• Maintain high attention to detail while completing repetitive or high-volume tasks.
• Participate in team meetings, calibration sessions and required training; incorporate feedback to improve accuracy and consistency.
