Overview

Private Equity Fund Accounting Professional role focused on ensuring accurate fund accounting and financial reporting for client service delivery.

What you'll do

• Manage daily journal entries, management fee calculations, and accrued expense reimbursement calculations.
• Perform investment valuation and prepare financial/investor reports and ad-hoc reporting.
• Maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure recording per US GAAP.
• Coordinate with client service teams for timely communication of relevant financial information.
• Support internal audits and follow up with responsible parties.
• Prepare MIS reports for onshore and offshore management teams.

What you'll need

• Ability to ensure transactions are recorded in accordance with US GAAP.
• Experience preparing financial statements as per US GAAP/IFRS.
• Experience calculating fees and preparing NAV pack.
• Experience processing capital calls and distributions, including waterfall file prep.
• Experience preparing Partners’ capital statement (PCAP).
