HR Executive

Overview

HR Executive for a 6-month full-time hybrid program in Borivali East, Mumbai. You’ll support end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, employee engagement coordination, counselling session scheduling, and HR reporting.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positions.
• Prepare and publish job postings and screen/source candidates.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, and maintain employee documentation.
• Assist with employee engagement activities and internal event coordination.
• Align and schedule daily counselling sessions across stakeholders.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain recruitment/employee dashboards.

What you'll need

• Completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Prior internship or practical HR/recruitment experience is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and people-management skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment and basic HR processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
