Join AppsFlyer as an HR Growth Partner in Bangalore, India, supporting people development and enabling business growth. The role partners with stakeholders and managers across the SEA region and contributes to the APAC employment experience.
What you'll do
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders in the SEA region.
- Provide advice, guidance, and coaching to managers on all aspects of HR.
- Proactively identify people issues and trends within the business.
- Work with key stakeholders to formulate and implement solutions.
- Manage HR processes such as performance reviews, terminations, promotions, relocations, talent mapping, compensation and benefits, and identifying training needs, aligned with the company’s HR strategy.
- Oversee and enforce employee data management, analysis, and reporting to ensure statutory compliance with relevant country legislation, including data protection.
- Stay up to date on employment practices and laws across the region, industry trends, and new developments.
- Develop, foster, and uphold AppsFlyer’s APAC employment experience according to the company values.
What you'll need
- 8+ years of experience within the HRGP department.
- A track record of consulting to senior management on implementing HR best practices.
- Deep knowledge of India labor law, compensation and benefits, compliance, leave of absence, and common country employee practices.
- Cross-cultural experience working with senior management across SEA or APAC.
- A self-starter who is able to challenge the status quo, has a ‘can-do’ approach, and does not shy away from challenges.
- Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong persuasive powers, influencing through strong relationships, domain expertise, and being data driven.
- Ability to operate in a transparent manner with strong team focus.
- Ability to work across multiple time zones and openness to travel when needed.
- Flexibility and ability to cope well with change.
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
