HR & Payroll Coordinator (FTC)

Overview

HR & Payroll Coordinator (18-month FTC) supporting daily HR operations and front-end payroll cycles for UK corporate employees.

What you'll do

• Support daily HR Hub operations for the employee lifecycle.
• Maintain HR documentation and processes for audit compliance across employee lifecycle events.
• Provide front-end payroll input by entering accurate payroll data into SuccessFactors before deadlines.
• Handle benefit-related payments across multiple UK legal entities.
• Calculate ad hoc payments including outstanding holiday pay, PILON, and redundancy.
• Run monthly HR reports for starters, leavers, and absences.
• Support stakeholders by troubleshooting payroll queries and providing HR reports and data analysis.

What you'll need

• CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) qualification.
• At least 2+ years of relevant experience executing payroll in an SME.
• Experience ensuring accurate payroll data entry in SuccessFactors (front end described).
• Right to work and reside in the UK.
• Ability to reconcile data using Excel.
• Knowledge/experience supporting payroll and HR stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and due diligence.

Details

• Employment type: 18-month FTC (found in title and description).
• Work mode: Hybrid, four days on site and one day working from home.
• Work location: Leeds, Preston, Welwyn Garden City, or Redditch; Monday to Friday.
• HR team focuses on UK Corporate workforce (approx. 50 employees) and payroll across circa 1000 employees.
