HR & Payroll Coordinator (FTC)

Overview

HR & Payroll Coordinator (18-month FTC) supporting HR operations and payroll cycles for the UK corporate workforce.

What you'll do

• Support daily operations in the HR Hub and HR Hub customer experience.
• Provide HR support across the employee lifecycle for UK corporate workforce.
• Maintain accurate payroll data input into SuccessFactors ahead of payroll deadlines.
• Calculate ad hoc payments including outstanding holiday pay, PILON, and redundancy.
• Run monthly HR reports such as for new starters, leavers, and absences.
• Troubleshoot payroll queries with the payroll/HR stakeholders as needed.
• Support annual cycles including pay review and bonus processes.

What you'll need

• Be CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent).
• Have at least 2+ years of relevant experience executing payroll in an SME.
• Have experience using Excel for analytical and reconciliation tasks.
• Have the right to work and reside in the UK.
• Demonstrate a high level of due diligence and attention to detail.
• Have a level-headed, calm, and can-do approach to challenges.
• Establish credibility through strong working relationships with stakeholders.

Details

• Employment type: 18-month FTC.
• Work mode: Hybrid, four days on site and one day working from home.
• Site locations: Leeds, Preston, Welwyn Garden City, or Redditch (Monday to Friday).
