Human Resources Manager

Overview

Manage Human Resources generalist responsibilities across policies, staffing, compensation, benefits, performance management, labor relations, and personnel records.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain cost-effective recruitment and selection activities with hiring managers.
• Analyze headcount, turnover, and personnel statistics to recommend HR policy and procedure updates.
• Administer personnel transactions including increases, promotions, transfers, terminations, and performance appraisals while maintaining employment records.
• Administer compensation plan activities including position descriptions, salary administration, and performance review processes.
• Administer employee benefits and respond to employee inquiries about benefits information.
• Coordinate employee development and training, including on-site training and training record maintenance.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of Human Resources experience.
• Detail oriented professional.
• Proven leadership and organizational experience.
• PC literate with prevailing software and systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving ability.
