IAM Engineer - Tires

Overview

IAM Engineer supporting identity and access management (IAM) systems, including troubleshooting, health checks, and continuous improvement. You will consult on IAM workflows and collaborate with IT teams, stakeholders, and support groups.

What you'll do

• Consult and design identity and access management workflows.
• Troubleshoot IAM issues, perform root cause analysis, and configure IAM components.
• Test IAM workflows and drivers prior to deployment.
• Integrate IAM solutions with applications and services via collaboration with other IT teams.
• Conduct IAM environment health checks to mitigate risks.
• Coordinate incidents and change requests related to IAM.
• Provide training and guidance to first and second-level support teams.

What you'll need

• Have an academic degree in information technology, business informatics, or comparable qualification.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of IAM concepts, including authentication, authorization, and directory services.
• Prior experience in IAM-related fields, including work with external providers.
• Have strong communication skills to discuss technical concepts.
• Show critical thinking, problem-solving capability, and be goal oriented.
• Have very good English language skills (written and spoken).

Nice to have

• IT service management experience (Incident-, Change-, Problem- and Release-Management / ITIL).
• Experience with Novell eDirectory and NetIQ Identity Manager.
• Experience with SUSE Linux and Windows Server.
