IAM SailPoint ISC Engineer

Overview

SailPoint ISC Engineer responsible for designing, implementing and supporting SailPoint Identity Security Cloud capabilities for Regeneron, including coding, automation and knowledge transfer to AMS Operations.

What you'll do

• Configure, test and implement SailPoint ISC capabilities, including identity lifecycle management, access certification, and governance workflows, based on Regeneron's business requirements.
• Build and customize SailPoint connectors, transforms, workflows, and rules to meet client-specific integration needs.
• Configure and maintain Sandbox and Production environments with the agreed in-scope capabilities.
• Translate business and security requirements into scalable SailPoint ISC solution designs.
• Develop custom code (Java/Beanshell, Python, PowerShell, or REST API-based scripts) to extend SailPoint ISC functionality beyond out-of-the-box configuration.
• Build and maintain API-based integrations between SailPoint ISC and downstream/upstream applications.
• Automate recurring identity lifecycle and provisioning tasks through scripting.
• Create technical documentation including integration runbooks, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.
• Complete knowledge transfer to the SailPoint AMS Operations team to ensure smooth transition to steady-state support.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders, present architectural solutions, and ensure successful testing and deployment.
• Participate in incident response and root cause analysis for SailPoint-related issues.
• Support ongoing IAM operations and related cybersecurity activities as directed by Regeneron management.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or an equivalent field.
