Implementation Consultant

Overview

Implement Solventum Revenue Cycle applications by configuring, testing, validating, and supporting healthcare implementation projects for clients.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with clients and implementation teams to deploy and configure Solventum products.
• Assess customer coding, CDI, and visit workflows against proposed future-state processes.
• Configure, test, and validate Revenue Cycle application environments.
• Track, document, and resolve configuration issues with client and internal teams.
• Perform root-cause analysis and troubleshooting with support and escalation teams.
• Train system administrators and end users on product maintenance and administration.
• Lead testing and go-live support.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree or higher and four years of experience, or a high school diploma/GED and eight years of experience.
• At least three combined years supporting or implementing software.
• At least two combined years of knowledge of hospital or professional healthcare coding workflows.
• At least two years of experience in a client-facing implementation role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems logically and work independently.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of 3M/Solventum 360 Encompass Professional products.
• Electronic Medical Record implementation experience.
• SQL, Windows Server, and networking knowledge.

Details

• Remote role in Utah.
• May include up to 10% domestic travel.
• Expected compensation is $96,000–$132,000, including base pay and variable incentive pay if eligible.
• On-site onboarding travel is required for applicable new hires starting October 1, 2025 or later.
