Industrial Engineer - On Site - Sumter, SC

Overview

Industrial Engineer role focused on optimizing production efficiency through time studies, process analysis, and implementation of process improvements.

What you'll do

• Conduct time studies, maintain standards, and analyze loss data (OEE/TEEP).
• Support material flow, lead time, and job evaluation studies.
• Benchmark key performance figures against other plants.
• Collect and prepare data for capacity planning, debottlenecking, and strategic projects.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and calculate potential savings.
• Plan and implement improvement projects using CBS tools.
• Conduct shop-floor improvement workshops and support SOP development.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of experience working in Industrial Engineering (excluding internships).
• Unlimited and unrestricted legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• 3+ years experience in Tire manufacturing (additional standout requirement).
