Industrial Engineering Specialist

Overview

Develop and support Industrial Engineering (IE) tools for automatic/smart cycle-time calculations, optimizations, and capacity/productivity initiatives using algorithms and machine learning.

What you’ll do

• Develop new IE tools for cycle time calculation and optimization.
• Support and train operational IE teams on IE calculations and optimizations.
• Implement productivity incentive and integrated capacity approaches using algorithm allocation with plant constraints.
• Perform data-driven analysis including benchmarking standards and simulation.
• Work on material flow, IT system validations, innovation solutions support, and capacity balancing.
• Apply machine learning for work-in-progress and setup prediction and related resource/headcount/KPI advantages.

What you’ll need

• Degree or Master degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Project management skills.
• Knowledge of industrial management and statistics.
• Advanced English level.
• Advanced IT skills (Microsoft Office/Excel/Power BI, SQL, Python, and other programming languages).
• Good level of AI tools and machine learning.
