Job Description

Overview

6-month mandatory HR internship in Hanover-Stöcken to support global learning and development, talent programs, and international HR initiatives.

What you'll do

Collaborate with tire plant contacts and various departments.
Support international projects by owning work packages independently.
Assist in shaping and implementing global learning and development initiatives.
Create presentations, analyses, and clear documentation.

What you'll need

Currently enrolled in Business Administration or a comparable degree program focused on Human Resource Management.
Have initial experience in HR or a strong interest in Human Resources.
Be proficient with MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
Have very good English language skills (written and spoken).
German language skills are a plus.
Demonstrate high commitment, creativity, enjoyment of teamwork, and structured working style.
Show initiative and enjoyment of communication in an international environment.

Details

Internship duration: 6 months (mandatory).
Location: Hannover-Stöcken (Hanover-Stöcken).
Partial remote work hours are possible by arrangement.
