Interview Engineer to facilitate technical interviews for software developers through Karat’s platform, with an emphasis on objective and inclusive evaluations.

What you'll do

• Facilitate technical interviews via Karat’s platform.
• Create an enjoyable candidate experience while evaluating coding skills and technical knowledge.
• Provide input on candidate performance, coding style, communication, answers, and coding approach.
• Collaborate with Karat to test content, processes, and products.

What you'll need

• Have 3+ years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer.
• Demonstrate excellent English communication skills (written and oral).
• Maintain reliable access to a working webcam and microphone.
• Have a stable Internet connection.
• Conducting technical interviews is preferred (e.g., data structures, algorithms).
