Overview
IT Business Analyst role focused on implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Planning modules to bridge IT with operations, supply chain, and leadership.
What you'll do
- Lead functional support and optimization for Oracle Fusion SCM planning modules including Demand Management, S&OP Planning, Supply Planning, Replenishment Planning, and Production Scheduling.
- Establish and maintain working relationships with supply chain, manufacturing, and procurement business leaders.
- Conduct gap analyses between legacy processes and Oracle Fusion standard processes.
- Design, configure, and document Oracle Fusion SCM solutions, including BR100 configurations and MD050 functional designs.
- Identify and present opportunities for automated workflows, technical solutions, and process improvements in the Oracle Cloud ecosystem.
- Coordinate UAT, develop test scripts, and lead data migration and cleansing activities using Oracle FBDI.
What you'll need
- 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst focused on Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementations or migrations in a manufacturing industry.
- Strong technical and functional understanding of Oracle Cloud SCM architecture and planning process concepts.
- Experience translating business requirements into Oracle standard solutions.
- Strong proficiency in writing SQL and PL/SQL queries for analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Computer Science.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Nice to have
- Desirable experience with OTBI and BI Publisher (Oracle Cloud reporting tools).
- Experience with custom applications in Oracle EPM.
- Familiarity with Oracle integration touchpoints (OIC).
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma and/or Agile/Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Oracle Cloud SCM Certified Implementation Specialist certification (highly preferred).
- APICS (CPIM/CSCP) certification (strong advantage) and CBAP certification (advantage).
