IT Infrastructure Manager

Overview

Lead day-to-day IT infrastructure operations for a 24/7 warehouse environment, ensuring secure, resilient infrastructure services and reliable service recovery.

What you'll do

• Monitor infrastructure services to ensure performance and availability for 24/7 warehouse operations.
• Maintain reliable, secure infrastructure platforms supporting warehouse operations and automation systems.
• Lead incident management, problem management, root cause analysis, and service recovery.
• Review and approve infrastructure changes impacting business operations.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure processes, standards, and operating procedures aligned with global IT requirements.
• Manage vendor and service partner performance, service levels, and contract lifecycle activities.
• Develop, test, and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans.

What you'll need

• At least 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering and operations with leadership or management responsibility.
• Experience supporting mission-critical, 24/7 infrastructure in logistics, distribution, manufacturing, or similar settings.
• Strong enterprise networking experience (routing, switching, firewalls, wireless technologies, WAN connectivity).
• Experience managing server, storage, virtualization, hybrid cloud, and data protection platforms.
• Experience leading infrastructure operations, incident response, change management, lifecycle planning, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Working knowledge of ITIL service management, business continuity, and disaster recovery principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
