Key Account Manager – Talent Advisory & Growth

Overview

Weekday is hiring for an internal Key Account Manager role focused on talent advisory and closing mission-critical roles for venture-backed startup founders.

What you'll do

• Own multi-stage talent acquisition pipelines from initial briefing through negotiation and closure.
• Provide consultative guidance by articulating complex ideas and challenging assumptions using data.
• Manage a portfolio of startup accounts (3–5 clients) with founder and hiring manager check-in calls.
• Run end-to-end candidate pipelines, including stage transitions and offer negotiations.
• Re-align job specs and target talent pools when searches stall.
• Drive portfolio-level revenue and closing targets independently.

What you'll need

• Experience managing a multi-stage process from discovery/briefing to negotiation and closure.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and guide decision-makers using data and market realities.
• Proven problem-solving skills to troubleshoot stalled processes and adapt strategies in ambiguity.
• Comfort operating independently, managing a portfolio, and driving performance and revenue metrics.
• Experience directly managing relationships with founders, CXOs, or hiring managers.
• Familiarity with modern recruitment platforms, ATS systems, or CRM databases.

Details

• Location: Remote (India).
• Compensation: ₹6,000,000 – ₹1,500,000 CTC plus performance incentives.
