Key Account Manager, West

Overview

Key Account Manager (West) responsible for managing and growing local key accounts, driving in-store execution, and supporting planning and analysis.

What you'll do

• Expand Red Bull reach and improve in-store execution against Red Bull Perfect Store Standards.
• Execute distribution on priority packages in line with HQ recommendations.
• Develop annual promotion schedules aligned with national goals and manage POS/incremental displays.
• Evaluate ROI before recommending POS or customized solutions and run post-promotion analysis.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and share examples of Red Bull marketing activities.
• Manage Customer Marketing Agreements and funds for designated key accounts on weekly and monthly basis.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years sales experience (or equivalent category management experience).
• Strong analytical skills using internal and external data sources (e.g., Nielsen, IRI).
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• In-depth knowledge of FMCG industry.
• Be self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Knowledge/experience using SAP is preferred.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Bilingual (English/French).
• Knowledge of regional major accounts operation.
