Lead Analytics Consultant

Overview

Lead Analytics Consultant responsible for end-to-end delivery and continuous improvement of Tableau and Power BI dashboard reporting solutions for FCRM.

What you'll do

• Manage the end-to-end delivery cycle for Tableau and Power BI dashboards, including requirements, development, QA, UAT, and production promotion.
• Deploy new dashboards, enhance existing dashboards, and manage defects.
• Reconfigure, consolidate, and optimize existing Tableau and Power BI dashboard suites.
• Serve as a process and escalation contact for MI&R dashboards.
• Oversee dashboard accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business needs.
• Supervise, coach, and support junior developers’ delivery and quality assessment.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of analytics experience.
• Experience with Tableau and Power BI administration and development.
• Experience supervising and providing QA for BI developers’ outputs.
• Proficiency in Server, Windows environment, and scripting languages such as SQL and Python.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Proficiency working with large datasets and ETL processes.
